In this half-day workshop, we will experience and learn simple skills from the Qi Gong tradition designed to:
• reduce stress and ground ourselves in our natural state of presence
• reclaim the vast energy available to calm our minds and bodies
• release our passion for life into full flow
We will combine gentle movement and breathing with visualization to create a wonderful state of physical, emotional and spiritual harmony within.
This workshop is suited for beginners as well as experienced Qi Gong practitioners and appropriate for all age and levels of fitness.
I work with Marc on a regular basis and have experienced deep healing as well as spiritual opening. He is skillful, insightful and kind. I am delighted to have him as a guest presenter for The School. ~Marilyn

Marc Mason is a certified teacher and a long time practitioner in the arts of meditation, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Bagua, and energy healing. He has taught these arts for over 35 years and continues to deepen his own practice by studying with master teachers. Marc has a private Qi Gong and energy work practice here in the Greensboro area.
