What I most love to help others do is:
- Experience healing and integration of persistent patterns through Integrative Energy Work
- Explore and deepen their spiritual journeys, their connection to themselves and others, and to the Source of life itself through classes, workshops and retreats through THE SCHOOL
- Use the Enneagram (in groups) as a map for greater self-acceptance and more awakened living
- Develop energetic and spiritual practices to nurture and support their well-being
What I most love to help others do is:
- Explore who they are in their deepest essence — beyond ego, ideas and even personality
- Find meaning and purpose in their lives by offering guidance for living with more intention
- Explore and deepen their connection to themselves, others, and to the Source of life itself
- Discover their unique paths and manifest their gifts in the world, personally and/or professionally
- Use the Enneagram as a map for greater self-acceptance and more awakened living
- Restore and balance their mind-body-spirit oneness through integrative energy work
- Develop spiritual practices which nurture and support their relationship with the Divine
Professionally, what I bring to the process of guiding you to the life you long to live and are actually being called to live is 40+ years serving in the fields of teaching, training, career development, and mental health counseling, consulting and mentoring. My personal journey, filled triumphs and joy as well as with bumps, curves, and challenges, has been as a lifelong spiritual seeker. I can’t remember a time when I was not fascinated with questions about the universe and our place in it. As a result of my own ongoing journey, I am committed to living life more consciously – one with intention, authenticity, creativity, resilience, joy and love – all combined with my passion for helping others do the same.
My work is centered around my beliefs that:
- Mind, body, heart and spirit are interconnected
- Life is an evolutionary, organic and purposeful process which takes place within a boundless energy field
- We are called to be active co-creators in becoming who were born to be and doing what we were born to do
- It’s possible for us to live with deep peace and joy regardless of what’s happening within and around us
These beliefs are grounded in my ultimate conviction that all of life is held by an eternal Presence which is greater than us and yet one with us. It doesn’t matter to me what you call it – God, the Universe, Consciousness, Allah, Divine Source, the Tao, Higher Power… Nor does it matter to me which path you follow – Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, Islam, Taoism, etc. Or you may consider yourself “spiritual but not religious” or “inter-spiritual.” These are all paths leading towards the same place – a more awakened state of being.
