You’re invited to our first CONSCIOUS CONVERSATION of 2022 to explore with others what Mindfulness for the New Year might look like for you.
Bring your cup of tea or coffee, your journal, your meditation cushion or yoga mat and enter the flow of the New Year with attention, purpose and compassion for yourself and the world.

Laura Santana, Ph.D. is the newest faculty member of The School. She comes to us with a long career in training, group facilitation and mindfulness coaching.
